For the month of December…
Hydration on the Rise
Refresh and renew yourself with plenty water this winter. Make it your goal to drink at least a half gallon of water each day this month. Add lemon, strawberries, cucumber or other fruits to your H2O for some fabulous flavor. Remember to start hydrating early in the day. Put a bottle of water on your bedside table each night so it’s ready to enjoy in the morning. Keep in mind that water at room temperature is better for your system than ice cold water. Fitness Challenge
For the month of December…
Take a walk each week
Bundle up! It’s getting cold in Virginia. Make it your goal to reach at least two miles of distance each week! You can walk, bike, jog or hike. Break it up over the course of the week and track your distance on a map, smart phone or other device. Bring earbuds or a friend-bud along the way! Make it fun and something to look forward to when you’re not at work and striving toward your other goals. Share your other ideas below for this month’s challenge!
